Ectopic lacrimal glands, also known as lacrimal gland choristomas, are seen in various areas of the eyes and are character-ized by their placement outside of their typical anatomical position. While tarsal lacrimal gland choristomas are uncom-mon, the bulbar conjunctiva and limbal area have been identified as the most frequent sites. Herein, we report a 32-year-old female with a mass on the left lower eyelid conjunctiva that is histopathologically proved to be a lacrimal gland choristoma.
